Glamglow Masking Set

It is summer and the time to put extra sunscreen on! Also, it is fasting season here in Abu Dhabi courtesy the Holy month of Ramadan. Hence, makeup has been on a minimum.

What has been on a maximum, are masks. Specifically masks which brighten, clean, firm and so on. And since Glamglow masks are expensive and this set was on an offer, I gladly splurged.

This set had a clearing mask in a jumbo sample size followed by 5 minis. It’s good for travel or to try out these masks in one go before splurging. Plus the mud masks in jars harden faster than I can use them up. A squeezy tube is so much better!!

The kit also came with a guide to multi-mask, if you need the guidance.

I have tried the clearing mask (white tube) before and I love it. Tingles and stings as it dries but really sucks the gunk out of pores. Best applied in a thin layer.

The powermud (green tube) smells like tropical paradise and is a great double cleanse option.

Thirsty mud (blue tube) is a coconut lover’s dream and great for dry skin especially as an overnight mask.

I love the Flashmud mask (orange tube) for micro exfoliating the skin and making it bright. It smells like tangerines and you apply it on clean dry skin and massage for a minute. Then leave it to soak in and rinse it off. It really works wonders!

I have not tried the Youthmud (black tube) and Gravity mud (purple tube) which I gave to my mother in law. She tried them and really liked them both. Especially the Gravitymud because it turns chrome as it dries and really lifts the face.

All in all, quite happy and satisfied with the masks from Glamglow and would recommend this set for sure.
