The Sheer Kiss Lip Oil Magic by Elizabeth Arden.

Elizabeth Arden for me was such a mom brand because my mother had their skincare and perfumes. But that’s not to say that it’s a bad brand and I have started to appreciate them a bit more. Especially now that I have used and tested their Sheer Kiss lip oils.

The weather in Abu Dhabi has been on a roller coaster lately; it’s dry and that’s been always constant. My lips have suffered the most and anything I would use seemed to look terrible on me. I remembered purchasing these cute packets in January and I took them out for day to day office use. Let me tell you, it’s been a revelation!

The shades I have are Nude Oasis and Coral Caress. I wouldn’t go for corals usually, but this acrylic squeezy package has a sheer lip oil which gives just a hint of colour to the lips, so why not!

I like the packaging. It’s acrylic with a plastic cap on top. It isn’t attached so you have to be careful about not losing the cap. The amount of balm you get also is pretty decent. The colours sheer out on the lips so there’s no need to be careful while applying it even with the bright colours.

The formula is amazing. It’s got 5 oils for nourishing the lips and apparently antioxidants and anti-ageing components too. I have noticed though, that my lips feel nicer during the day when I use it. It is thick but in a balmy manner and not goopy. It also doesn’t end up everywhere.

If you want to get one of these, I would recommend either of these colours. They have more but these were the ones that appealed to me.
